Websters process vessel in 316 grade stainless steel,approx 650mm inner dia x approx 625mm effective depth. Approx 207 litres gross capacity. Bolted on dished top, welded 185mm deep bottom dish with 32mm dia product outlet. Vessel rated at 1 bar and full vacuum@ 144 c. S/S jacket rated at 3 bar & full vacuum. Main drive for full profile scraped surface mixer, second drive for contra rotating baffle mixer. Both mixers driven from 2.2kw 1430 rpm variable speed range 28-250 rpm. Vessel top dish has 2 x 50mm dia connections,150mm dia chargeport, 1 x sightless, 1 x pressure releif valve + gauge. Vessel stands on 3 x 80mm dia S/S legs. Overall height 2.2m. Supplied new in 1994.
