Homogenizing Mixer:
1. The set consists of a control cabinet and three boilers: water, oil and vacuum homogenizing mixing boiler.

2. The system has a unique endoscopic device, a cleaning scraper under the glass plate and internal lighting so that operators can observe the state of emulsification at any time. Oil and water boilers are designed for inter-layer (steam) heating and external insulation to ensure production safety.

3. An advanced mixing scraper was installed in the main emulsifier boiler. The PTFE composite scraper is located close to the boiler wall, which prevents materials from sticking to the boiler wall. The machine is also equipped with a stepless speed control with a range from 0-80 rpm.

4. The mixer is equipped with an advanced homogenization system manufactured by American ROSS Co., which emulsifies the materials in the kettle. The system is mounted at the bottom; this makes the emulsifying effect perfect for the production of a small amount of cosmetic mass. The device is water-cooled. It can work for a long time and copes very well with high viscosity materials. In addition, it has a frequency control that can be applied to a variety of complex mixtures. The emulsifying capacity is 3 cycles per minute.

5. The vacuum system ensures the absence of bacterial infections and extends the shelf life. The electric control cabinet allows you to program the mixing time, homogenization time; material temperature and mixing speed etc. to optimize the production possibilities.

6. The hydraulic system enables easy emptying of the boiler with the mass through the bottom.
