DESCRIPTION:
This machine is a very compact bin tumbler designed for blending and homogenizing powders and granules. Its compact design makes blending smooth and efficient, achieving outstanding results. The unit is equipped with an over-rotation feature for product levelling inside the IBC. The rotation speed can be adjusted according to specific requirements.

Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, food, dietary, medical devices, manufacturing.

MAIN FEATURES:
High productivity ensured by hermetically closed IBCs: different products can be blended without the need for decontamination. Single arm frame for easy bin positioning and blocking. Double 15° inclination angles for high-efficiency blending and over-rotation feature for product levelling inside the bin. Designed for through-the-wall installation to save space in the processing area. Stainless steel construction with container arm, base plate, pedestal, transmission covers and operator panels. Low maintenance costs thanks to the simplicity of the mechanical construction also guarantee high reliability.
The unit is complete with a bin of your choice between a 500L or 900L bin, or more than one can be supplied upon request.
