Used 60″ X 108″ Apex plastics, 1995 double station single sheet vacuum former. Includes 5 HP oil film seal vacuum pump, 570 volt AC input. Platens and clamp frames are all pneumatic actuated. Sheet clamps are equipped with 1.75″ O.D. Pneumatic cylinders on 20″ centers. Currently installed and operating forming HMWPE up to .330″ thick but also used with different oven settings on ACS, PVC and polypropylene. Has top and bottom sandwich heat with upper oven comprising highly efficient black heat ceramic panels, bottom oven Calrod heaters. 7 zones top oven, 3 zone bottom. One of thermoformer stations equipped with top and bottom platen, 24″ stroke bottom platen, 40″ stroke upper platen. Second station of former equipped with bottom platen only, 24″ travel. 19′ X 14′ X 12’H FO0T print.
