The AdvantaCount TC106 Automatic Tablet Counter is a single outlet, 6 channel linear tablet counter with mechanical height adjustment. The counter is designed to electronically count products, into predetermined quantities. Tablet or capsules are fed from a bulk product hopper and separated using a multi-track system. Counted product is deposited into containers fed via a slat conveyor and container indexing system. Manufactured to GMP standards and CE regulations

The TC106 is controlled via an industrial PLC with a touch screen interface and a Keyence Fibre Opic counting system. Designed for ease of operation, the Advantacount requires no change parts, all contact parts can removed without the use of tools, making product change over quick and simple.
