Toilet paper and paper hand towels rolls system AFH type band saw
Almost all functions of the machine are controlled from the operator's touch panel. The operation is intuitive and does not require a long period of crew training.
It works in one of two operating modes: automatic or intermittent activated each time by
operator. The machine is used to cut from 1 to 4 logs in one cycle. It is designed for continuous operation, it can be integrated with the rewinder thanks to the installed log elevator. It has a programmable PLC control module that can store up to 20 programs. The work cycle begins with the feeding by the rewinder, log transporter or operator to the machine lift. The elevator picks up the logs to the log storage located in the upper part of the saw. The sensor system ensures collision-free operation and queuing of logs for cutting. Logs are fed to the cutting table in a programmed amount. The machine has a roll delivery conveyor with a waste removal function.
Automatic side and top jaws press the logs, ensuring the perpendicularity of the side edges of the finished products.
It is possible to set the waste of the first and last log, program the cutting length and the number of cut uses from the log. The machine is in good condition, dismantled from the technological line due to the sale of other devices of the production line. Possible demonstration of the saw at work.
