Thermocompactor: hopper diameter 1200 mm, motor power 75 kW.

Extruder: screw diameter 100 mm, length 4000 mm, speed 90, motor power 90 kW, 2 degassing zones by vacuum pumps. Melt gate filter, 250 mm diameter, hydraulic drive. Water ring cutting, number of knives 4 pcs. Pellet centrifuge drying is made of stainless steel.

Washing complex (made in China), consists of washing crusher, 2-stage high intensity friction washer, flotation bath, low intensity friction washer, 2-stage dihydrator, drying module and cyclone.
