DESCRIPTION - 1850 TON PRESS
Original 1850 ton Baldwin Innocenti press, revamped in 1999
Main cylinder + 1 forged 3 new columns, lined for pre-loading
New reaction plate + 1 forged, 650mm thick
New bottom shears with reinforced adjustable bushes
Complete bed replaced Horizontal mobile shank with fixed block
Billet pusher in hydraulic container Grinding of main piston and new bushes
Revamping carried out by Demag Italimpianti in August 1999

EXTRUSION TABLE
The table is 44,800 mm long, built by OMAV (1997)
It comprises double puller with segments with steel cable puller driven by DC motors - ABB

Rollers under the puller, Kevlar, 50% motorised 20 ton stretchers requiring just 1 operator
Mobile hot shears at press delivery; range 3400 mm to 7400 mm

CRATE LOADER

It layers blanks with full-length cardboard or paper dividers to protect products during transit

PEZZORGNA PACKING LINE
It is composed by 6 packing stations,with parking for two baskets,in waiting and working position.
Every station has a hydraulic lifter,with a max load of 2500 kg,with automatic change,by motorized chains and exit roll way for empty baskets.
The pack is formed over trolleys,that moves on a motorized rollway,that feeds automatically the strapping machine.
Exit chain for finished pack, with two exits (right and left),each of them equipped with a 2500 kg
automatic weighting system and paper card printing system.
The six packing systems are positioned in two rows
three on the right and three on the left, with a central roll way, feeding the strapping machine.
Dimensions of the packs 550 x 550 mm, with 3-4 or 5 woods, pre-cut wooden battens to
1300 mm each and FROMM steel automatic strapping machine, with a 50 kg spool.
