The Cam HV2 is a state-of-the-art horizontal cartoning machine, designed for continuous operation. It comes equipped with a GUK leaflet folder, a Leatus bar code reader, and a dedicated coding unit. This machine is specifically configured to handle PVC trays containing ampoules.

The HV2 is capable of working with compact carton cases, with a weight range of 220 to 400 gr/m2. It can handle both cords and pre-attached cases, providing versatility in packaging options. The closure mechanism is a tuck type, ensuring secure packaging.

An automatic tray feeder is integrated into the system, enhancing the machine’s efficiency. The electrical system operates on a three-phase alternating current, with voltage options of 220 or 380 V at 50Hz. The motor power is 3 Kw, with an additional 1.25 Kw allocated for the vacuum pump. The power transformer and service circuits require 0.95 Kw, bringing the total power consumption to 5.20 Kw.

The machine has an air consumption rate of 17NL per minute at a pressure of 6 bar. It boasts a mechanical speed of up to 260 cycles per minute. The format range for the machine is A 20 - 160 mm, B 12 x 70 mm, and C 70 x 230 mm, offering flexibility in packaging sizes.
