All stainless steel and aluminum construction with polished pharmaceutical grade finish, rated for up to 120 cpm with 109 mm diameter container and 2" tall band, speed reduced as band length increases (8" long band @ 88 cpm), accepts pvc neck band material on standard core up to 20" diameter, 35 to 160 mm flat film width, 26 to 203 mm cut film lengths, 20 to 100 mm container diameters, 50 to 228 mm container heights, intermittent motion feeds containers from existing conveyor to 12 pocket star wheel, factory controls with operator station, simco static eliminator, 120 volt, 1 phase, 50/60 hz, 15 amp max, upstream queue eye, overload clutch with shut off, manually adjustable for varying height containers, ss cabinet style base. Formerly used in household products packaging.
