Listing description

Rotary 8 head Filling machine with 2 individual dosers for 2 different products filling at the same time. Machine works automatically as follows: cup destacking, `no cup` detection by photocell, piston dosers with hopper (CIP cleanable) and cup lift, seal dispending by vacuum, heat sealing, date coder by embossing ink and outfeed conveyor. Machine has plexiglas safety guards and is a clean configuration with a Hepa sterile air system. Easy format change (turn table in 4 parts). Controls: Siemens, model: S5 and cam corder HMI. Documentation in French and German available.
