Used coating line by Famatex (Germany) ATCL (automatic textile coating line) completely rebuilt in 2004 for coating textile with such a materials as rubber, acrylic, plastics. Line has adjustable working width. Mounted on guiding frame construction. Web width range from 1500 mm up to 2400 mm. Maximal textile roll diameter 1500 mm. Minimal diameter of roll – 150 mm. Unwind and rewind type – single position. Line works with automatically controlled coating die equipped with two different profile blades and electronical control feeding system, pumps, pneumatically controlled coat thickness and manual adjustment of blades position.
Textile web works on synchronized antiskid needle-chain system. Coating layer thickness in range from 0.1 up to 2 mm. Maximal working speed 50M/min. Coated textile goes into the drying tunnel which works on hot air heated by gas burners (propane-butane). Maximal drying temperature up to 220 C. Average gas consumption up to 35 l/h. Drying tunnel has 5 chambers and has length 16.7 M. Drying tunnel has automatical system of internal temperature and hot air circulation, including exhaust speed. Tunnel has their own needle-chain/snap type coated textile moving system with electrical control of shrink or stretch on coated fabric, equipped with fully automated drives on guiding rolls.
All rolls installed on unwinder and winder are made in stainless steel, layered with chromium, also including cooling roll. Maximal pressure between rolls up to 15000 kg. Space necessary for line: width 6 M x 50 M length. Total power consumption 100 kW.

service platform for visual control of quality of coating process.
Four vertical mixers for work on cans, with electrical control of rotation speed.
Two mixers of volume 1000 l each, equipped with feeding system and agitators speed control.
