This 100 liter MKN electric double-walled cooking kettle from the Optima 850 series is ideal for automatically cooking soups and sauces. The double wall (filled with water) prevents the product from burning on the bottom and walls. This double wall automatically fills with water at the correct level. The boiler has short heating times with the fast steam system VAPRO. Operation is intuitive and simple. The boiler is completely made of stainless steel.
