KUGLER MOBILE VESSEL, APPROX 225 LITRE GROSS CAPACITY

KUGLER mobile pressure rated mobile vessel constructed in 316 grade stainless steel. 600mm dia x 900mm deep, 225 litres approx gross capacity. One of a total of 25 matching vessels. Usage process: as a holding vessel for cosmetic product (mascara) to maintain a constant temperature whilst being pressure discharged to a filling machine. When discharging was complete, the empty vessel was transported to a purpose made high pressure hot water intensive cleaning CIP module. Cleaned vessels were transported to the product refilling supply vessel.

Vessel features:
Polished finish pharmaceutical/cosmetic quality standard construction.
Bottom dish with 50mm product outlet with butterfly valve closure.
Top dish with sealed cover plate, secured by 6 quick release swing bolt clamps.
Vessel base and sides fully insulated and rigid stainless clad.
Integrated control panel with three thermostatically controlled heating zones. 4.5kw, 100C max, 415v.

Each vessel is mounted onto a stainless mobile frame with castors and grab handle.
The vessel system was originally part of a KUGLER supplied turnkey project for a major International cosmetics manufacturer in recent years. The vessels can be purchased singly or in quantity either with or without the high spec CIP module.
