Machine main column with infinitely variable radial
feed, automatically locked in working position

Tailstock column with hydraulically actuated tailstock
arm, with "clam-shell" pinion work-steady,
automatically locked in working position
Hob head for radial, axial, and tangential hobbing.
Hob slide automatically clamped during axial and
radial hobbing. Equipped with automatic incremental
hob shifting, preselectable in both directions
Separate drives for hob spindle & work table w/hob
head mounted dc main motor
Ball screws, pre loaded re-circulating for axial,
radial, & tangential feed
Automatic clamping /unclamping of hob arbor,
Workpiece clamping/ unclamping, overhead work support
