Norfo B35 portioning machine
This Norfo B35 portioning machine cuts products into very precise portions, both in terms of weight and size.
After you configure the desired 50 gram portions on the computer, you place the product on the infeed belt.
The products are transported under a "laser and camera system" so the computer can calculate where the knife should make the cut.
The product then goes to the knife, where it is cut. A receiving conveyor belt will then take over the task of moving the product away and making room for the next product. All this happens very quickly, so you can get very high productivity with the Norfo B35.
