The Coldelite Compacta 3002 RTX is the space-saving solution for artisan ice cream production. Whether pasteurising or freezing - the combination machine with two cylinders combines two work steps in one. The clearly arranged control panel with display is used for operation. The heating and cooling sections are controlled completely separately. This means that the next mix can be prepared upstairs while the previous one is frozen downstairs. The transfer is done with a flick of the wrist via the dispensing tap on the front. Door attachments and agitators can be easily removed for cleaning. A hand shower with hose is also provided.
