Horizontal packaging machine with upper sealing system, longitudinally and sealing by jaws. Designed to wrap at speeds of up to 200 bags per minute (depending on products and packaging material).
An extremely versatile, compact and reliable machine, the PANDA can accommodate a wide range of products, without packaging such as (fresh meats) in an automatic size adjustable way, providing the solution to quick and efficient size changes.
The packaging system is designed to produce bagged type confections with an opening, for termination in a vacuum machine.
The machine is mainly characterized by a loading plane commonly called (infeed belt) in which the products to be packaged are transported through the (forming tunnel), the measurement being detected by means of control cells, being able to pack products of different measures (such as fresh meat) that wraps a film of the packaging material around the product and thus forms the bag. From this shaping tunnel, the tube is formed inside which the products are deposited. Tube and product advance, first passing through the longitudinal welding system, and then through the transverse welding, which is automatically synchronized with the speed of the closing film and cuts at irregular intervals to shape the bag.
