The Romaco Promatic P91 is a state-of-the-art horizontal intermittent motion cartoner, engineered with a modular design that allows for the integration of multiple feeding systems. The machine exhibits a high tolerance for carton quality, even accommodating recycled paper cartons. It also boasts a zero-waste logic, meaning cartons and leaflets/booklets are only fed when a product is present, reducing waste and increasing efficiency.

The P91 is equipped with a smart change-over kit, which includes a Human-Machine Interface (HMI) and wireless digital position indicators for guided format change-over. It operates at a mechanical speed of 100 cartons per minute, consumes 3.5 kW of power, and requires an air consumption of 70 NL/min.

Weighing approximately 1,500 kg, the machine’s dimensions are 3,180 mm in length, 1,740 mm in depth, and 1,500 mm in height. It accommodates a size range of 20-120 mm (A), 15-80 mm (B), and 60-200 mm (C), with a maximum combined size (A+B) of 200 mm.
