Max Pressure 200 PSI wide Gap Stainless Steel Plate Heat Exchanger configured similar to a PMO Legal HTST System with sufficent plates to pasteurizer 25 GPM of various Juice products (Strawberry, Mango, Banana, Orange, ETC) with little pulp content with a temperature progression of 50 degree F to 185 Degree F to approximately 45 degree F. Heating Media is hot water. Cooling media is 35 degree F Ice water. Heat Exchanger will utilize regeneration. HTST controls package with Anderson AV-9900 STLR, Dart indicating thermometer, Anderson JD Pressure Differential Switch,
Stainless Steel Wall Mountable Panel all pre-wired to terminal strip and prepiped for customer's instrument Air Supply. Welded Stainless Steel Holder Tube with a 120 Second dwell time mounted on Floor Stand. This unit has never been put in service.
