The company Amboss+Langbein has been dealing with the subject of dryers for over 20 years. Not only do we guarantee you a technically flawless and always reproducible and monitorable solution for your production requirements, but our dryers also work according to an extremely economical "cost-benefit ratio". It doesn't matter whether you need a small dryer solution, a system for sample quantities, sectional dryer systems or large dryers.

The range of applications for the A+L dryer is large: every operational need of a processor can be served. Depending on the device classification, the dryers provide between 70 and 2000 sqm of dry air in the

hour available. The peripherals for modern production of injection molded parts must be energy-conscious and increasingly efficient.

A+L expands the concept of efficient drying by:

• The simplified change of material, which is possible in a short time. The dryer concept can reduce or eliminate pre-drying times. The handling when switching to a new material has been greatly improved by the large cleaning openings, which means that it is possible to change over in a very short time without making any mistakes.

• Needs-based process air control. Only the amount of dry air that is required is produced. High savings potentials are achieved in the provision of energy and the material is gently kept dry.

With the very small installation dimensions, the very high energy efficiency, the dryers of the eco series are now closed with cleaning openings that allow the complete, fully insulated boiler wall to be opened.

Particular attention was paid to energy consumption. A dryer with 140 m³/h dry air consumes only

2.5 kw/h (measured with a drying temperature of 80 °C). For this size of device, this represents a considerable reduction in consumption. Of course, the patented additives can be used to reduce energy consumption. Depending on the throughput – the granulate throughput through the dryer boiler is measured – “over-drying” is thus effectively prevented. At the same time, it is ensured that dry granules are only added to the processing process after the appropriate pre-drying time. All drying parameters, temperature, dew point and material throughput can be documented if required.

The dry air dryers of the

eco series now expanded. With the dryers E35 eco (200 l tank), the possibility has now been created not only to use them for material drying, but also to temper parts. The regulation allows up to

14 different positive and negative temperature ramps. It is operated either directly on the controller or via a PC. Here, too, the tempering data can be stored on customer request. In this type of mixer, dry air dryer for granules and tempering oven, tempering takes place exclusively with dry air. This can lead to a significant improvement in the reworking of the tempered components, e.g. B. when subsequently welding PA components.
