The FAM Mantis Tranverse Slicer is a one-dimensional slicer, suitable for cross-slicing various elongated and oval foodstuffs (both flat cut and wave cut). The Mantis has a large feed channel (160mm), so that large volumes of products can be cut without damage and accurately. The conveyor belts in the V-shaped feed channel ensure that the product is positioned automatically and that the product is brought to the cutting wheel at high speed. Equipped with ergonomically swiveling control panel (touch screen). Suitable for slicing both elongated and oval products: vegetables, fruit, potatoes, meat, fish, poultry (many cutting shapes possible on a wide range of products). The Mantis Transverse Slicer is completely made of stainless steel.
