The citrus & kiwi peeler is a fully automatic peeling, de-coring and end-cutting machine. The machine is suitable for processing the following fruits: oranges, kiwis, grapefruits and apples. ZTI's peeling machine has a unique variable peeling thickness mechanism. For example, the thickness on both the handle and the tip can be set variably. In this way a maximum yield is guaranteed and product loss is limited as much as possible. The parameters can be easily set using the large touchscreen. Programming is easy and the type of fruit, average size and peel thickness can be set. Due to the hygienic construction, the machine can be easily cleaned. This peeler is completely made of stainless steel.
