Buhler Mass Preparation Unit
- New 2019
- Twin screw stainless steel continuous mixer
- Vibratory hopper for dry products
- 13 gallon heated stainless steel tank with pump for syrup

Buhler Equalizing Roller
- (2) Gauging rollers 3-3/4" wide x 7" diameter each with their own motor drive, ¼ HP, 3 phase, 220 volts

Moline Slitter
- (2) Adjustable slitting blades to make three rows of bars

Buhler Cooling tunnel
- 7" wide belt x 19.5 -ft long (3 two meter sections)
- (2) Coolmombile portable air conditioners, single phase, 220 volts

Buhler Cutting Unit
- 4.5" wide guillotine blade
- Two foot discharge separation conveyor

Buhler Automatic Tray Loader for Bars
- Operator hand loads trays onto the conveyor
- Retractable conveyor loads cut bars onto the tray
- Operator removes the tray

This line was used without the mass preparation unit with SS tank and pump. These items are included with the line.
