This unit features a display well which runs the length of the unit, letting you show your products on ice for a crisp, clean presentation. Included, adjustable dividers allow you to divide the well into several sections for different products, and an included drain valve funnels water runoff as needed. To give your customers a crystal clear view of the case's contents, it also comes with a 4-piece canopy over the pan well.
Comes with 2 section holding cooling cabinets on the bottom , 2 swing doors, see photos.
The interior cabinets can hold ten full sheet 18" x 26" pans in the refrigerated bottom storage section, allowing you to keep extra food close at hand for easy loading. It is also easy to clean; just remove the ice pans, air baffles, and fan blades, and the entire unit can be hosed out.
