Zalkin CA5 automatic rotary screw capper with output speeds of up to 150 bottles per minute, depending on product size and type. All stainless steel construction. Bottles are fed into the machine via the infeed timing scroll which spaces the bottles prior to them being capped. Fully guarded with interlocking clear Perspex doors. Last used on 70mm diameter flat disc caps (12mm high). 2.7 metre through conveyor. Zalkin vacuum cap elevator and sorter with variable speed 360mm wide slat conveyor. Comes with two sets of plastic product guide format parts (one installed on the machine), one scroll infeed and one set of five screw capping heads (installed on the machine). Manuals included.
