Late Model Acasi Trupiston Model Trupiston-8-Servo Piston Filler with an Acasi Model Acasi Trucap-8-Vert Available For Immediate Delivery
One (1) used Acasi Trupiston Model Trupiston-8-Servo Piston Filler. This unit features an 8-head servo-controlled piston filler and is Acasi's most accurate machine. It's a versatile powerhouse, capable of filling a wide range of liquids, from low viscosity to high viscosity, and even with breakable particulates of up to 3/4". It's also equipped for hot fills of up to 200 degrees F. It comes with a 60-gallon double-walled tank to run low-pressure steam or hot water through it, to maintain the product's temperature.

One (1) used Acasi Trucap-8-Vert, an 8-spindle inline capper, features spring-loaded spindles that follow the contour of the bottle, ensuring a perfect cap every time.

Washdown upgrade - washdown motors, ceramic bearings and/or bearing protection caps.
