This MH-280 brine injector from Nowicki is the perfect solution for injecting fresh meat (red meat), game, poultry, fish and seafood. This machine can process both products with and without bone. This machine is equipped with two injector heads with 138 needles each. The throughput speed and injection pressure can be infinitely adjusted via the intuitive control panel (0 – 40 cycles/min). The mobile external brine filter installation has one large filter that filters the salt solution from impurities. The easy to clean machine is efficient and is very suitable for the medium to large meat producer. This injection machine is completely made of stainless steel.
