The Carpigiani Pastomaster 120 is a robust pasteuriser that impresses not only with its simple operation but also with its large capacity of 120 litres. Thanks to the powerful performance of electric heating & water cooling, a complete filling is pasteurised evenly. The control is intuitive via the rotary switch. Inside, a stirrer in the bottom cup mixes all the ingredients. For cleaning, there is a water nozzle on the rim of the tank through which fresh water can be poured in directly.
