Cioni A6 / FA filling machine
The A6 / FA machine is specific for filling and sealing open vials. It is an alternative movement machine and includes the following engines:
 Input vial loading motor.
 Vial rotation motor for welding
 Main engine
The burner group for welding vials is made up of approved and intrinsically safe equipment. Its components are allocated in a separate box connected to the machine board via sheaths and terminal blocks.
Various operator safety and production control devices are installed on the machine as listed below:
 Main door lock switch
 Emergency buttons
 Generic protection guards
 Burner area protection guards

In the system there are 2 operator panels model OP3 Siemens, directly interfaced with the PLC model S7-200 Siemens, CPU type 226.
From the Siemens OP3 control panel on the panel on the machine it is possible to:
 view the messages and alarms relating to the operating cycle
 access system, configuration and production data.

From the Siemens OP3 control panel on the general panel it is possible to:
 view the messages and alarms relating to the operating cycle
