The COLANAR INOVATIVE SOLUTION FSV 1111, a state-of-the-art Aseptic Filling and Closing Machine, is specifically engineered to cater to the pharmaceutical industry’s stringent requirements. This machine is designed with a primary focus on syringe filling, ensuring a high degree of precision and consistency.
The operation begins with the manual insertion of the syringe into a specially designed nest holder by the operator. This process is facilitated by an intuitive Human-Machine Interface (HMI) touch screen, which initiates the automated sequence of operations.
Once the process is initiated, the machine automatically positions the syringe, ensuring it is correctly aligned for the subsequent steps. Prior to filling, the syringe undergoes a thorough washing process using nitrogen. This step is crucial in maintaining the sterility of the syringe and ensuring the absence of contaminants.
Following the cleaning process, the machine proceeds to the filling stage. The FSV 1111 is capable of performing this operation with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring consistent dosage. Simultaneously, a rubber stopper is inserted into the syringe, and a vacuum capping process is employed to secure the stopper, ensuring airtight sealing.
The FSV 1111 operates at a standard voltage of 120 Volts, making it compatible with most power supplies. This machine exemplifies Colanar’s commitment to innovative solutions in the pharmaceutical industry, combining efficiency, precision, and user-friendly operation.
