The Groninger MA200 De-nester is a machine designed for handling syringes, dating back to 1996.
It features a manual feeding system where nests filled with syringes are loaded into the nest conveyor in two side-by-side rows.
The machine has an automatic feeding system to the syringe outfeed station, which operates on two axes: horizontal (X) and vertical (Y).
At the outfeed station, syringes are removed from the nest in rows and pushed onto the syringe discharge conveyor, with the finger rests positioned on the conveyor belt.
The empty nests are conveyed out of the machine via a discharge chute and collected in a container.
The machine is currently configured for syringes with a diameter of 10.85 mm.
It boasts an output of up to 400 syringes per minute.
The machine is controlled by a Siemens S7 PLC with a Siemens MP 377 12" touch panel.
It utilizes servo motors for precise control.
The machine operates on a mains voltage of 230/400 V(AC) at a frequency of 50 Hz, and requires an electrical power of 3 kW.
It requires a compressed air supply network operating at 7 bar.
