Used Incoma Cerex grain processor machine model Mark 500. The Incomec-Cerex grain processor is a simple food processor which converts untreated grain, pellets and mixes of grain and/or pellets into a slice/cake/biscuit/cracker" in one operation without the need for further treatment. The grain is fed through a hopper, volumetrically metered and introduced by a feed-slide into the mold. The mold closes, crushing and baking the grain for a short period, after which a little opening is created to enable the expansion of the grain or pellet and thus forming the cake shape. Technical parameters: main voltage 3 X 380V/50HZ; 2,5kW, compressed air: from 3 to 5 bar, working cycle: 1 wholegrain bread / 12 S, usual productivity: 4000 pieces a Day (2 shifts).
