Kalix KX800 fully automatic 10 pocket metal tube filler. All stainless steel construction. Kalix auto-cassette bulk tube feeding system integrated to the machine. 30 litre s/s hopper with stirrer/agitator (suitable for high viscosity products). Average speed of 60 tubes per minute depending on tube size and product viscosity. Tube range: min 5mm to max 50mm diameter. Complete with integrated MACSA F-1010 SP Laser Coder. Tube orientation system. 3-fold sealing system for closing metal tubes (on 3 stations). Volumetric piston with s/s steel rotary valve filling system. Positive shut off nozzle for anti product drip. Pneumatic tube cleaning station. Tube discharge chute. Emergency stop button. Jog button. All product contact parts are in 316L Stainless Steel. Kalix control panel. Fully guarded with hinged doors and safety interlocks. Comes complete with 1 set of change parts (additional change parts available at extra cost).
