The MARCHESINI GROUP ML652 is an advanced aseptic filling and closing machine. It’s designed for vials of 10-14 ml (21.5mm diameter, 50-60mm height) and uses 20mm aluminium caps. The machine features 8 filling pumps and a turntable for efficient operation.

A unique feature is its system for ejecting non-conforming products. This occurs under a laminar flow, monitored by a hot wire anemometer and particle counter connected to the EUROTHERM system, ensuring high-quality control.

The machine’s dimensions are 4.40m x 1.60m x 1.90m (excluding hoppers and electrical cabinet), and it weighs 1500 Kg. It operates at a maximum speed of 400 bottles per minute, with a nominal output of 250 bottles per minute.
