Listing description

The portioner is composed of 5 main components: (an infeed conveyor, an outfeed conveyor, a knife, a laser sensor and an electronic control unit)
The machine is designed to cut products, such as meat, unfrozen, soft food materials that do not have bones or hard elements
The products to be cut are placed flat on the infeed conveyor and pass under the laser sensor which measures and records the shape of the object in the control unit. When the object is fully measured, the control unit calculates the cutting point to obtain the requested portions. When the object reaches its cutting position, the knife cuts the product at the cutting station. are then transported on the exit conveyor
