Eight station time pressure filler by packaging dynamics, model esls-8, Features all stainless steel construction, filling stations are equipped with gemini model a 411 dual acting pneumatic ball valves with 3/8" id outlet and tri clamp connections, fill stations are mounted on 58" long mounting rack with pneumatically operated bottom up fill, 20 gallon pressurized product tank is 14" diameter x 30" straight with level control, air pressure regulator, adjustable pressure relief, 3" side service port with tri clamp connection, internal spray nozzle, 2" center outlet with tri clamp connection and connected to 8 port fill manifold with tri clamp ends for cleaning, automatic nozzle drip tray, container indexing, cabinet style base with threaded leveling feet, factory controls with automation direct plc, 220 volt/1 phase. Filler will accept table top chain conveyor mounted on top of cabinet. Formerly used in food packaging.
