Used Toyo Jidoki preformed pouch filler, model TT9CW, speeds from 30-80 pouches per minute, speeds are dependent on fill volume and pouch material, pouch size range: 80 mm - 150 mm(3.15" - 5.9") wide, 130 mm - 255 mm(5.12" - 10.0") long, Fill volume range: up to 500cc, flat or stand up pouches, Duplex 2-up operation, turret stations consist of: pouch pick and place, pouch top opener, pouch bottom opener, pressure product fill with piston pump fills using 19 mm diameter nozzles, two stage heat seal stations, seal quench and pouch discharge, Allen Bradley CompactLogix PLC controls, 480 volt, built 2102. Last used on beverage mixed cocktail products.
