The skid has 125 Gallon agitated jacketed mix tanks with level and temperature indicators, an agitated jacketed hold tank with level and temperature indicators and a CIP tank. Mix and hold tanks specs: 36"SW x 32"diameter, NB: 270 & 271, 75 psig at 350°F MAWP, -20°F at 75 psig MDMT, year: 1999, 18" diameter top manway, (2)1-1/2" tri-clamp inlets on top, (1)2-1/2" tri-clamp outlet with a manual butterfly valve, each tank equipped with (2)CIP sprayballs. Stainless steel construction. CIP tank: 36"SW x 28" diameter, 16" diameter top manway, (1)sprayball. Agitator specs: model: XJC-30, 0.3 hp motor. 1 hp APV product pump and 2 hp APV CIP pump. (3)Allen-Bradley 1305 VFDs. Overall dimensions: 108"L x 93"W x 113"H.
Also includes Rice Lake pallet scale and controls for weight based filling and Foxboro mag meter for mass based blending.
