Processor is designed to install three different reduction heads – slicing head, cutting head or microcut head (ONLY microcut head is inlcuded). Microcut rotor head is driven by 22 kW, 2938 rpm, 50 Hz electric motor. Cutting chamber is sealed and deters escape of dust, vapor and liquid. Includes switchboard and control panel.
