The Super Tranverse Slicer from FAM is a belt cutter with a larger processing capacity of up to 5000 kg per hour. With this multifunctional slicer you can effortlessly cut all your fruits and vegetables. The V-shaped conveyor belts transport the product at high speed to the cutting wheel, after which it is cut into precise smooth or corrugated slices. The machine is very suitable for slicing elongated products such as cucumbers, courgettes, celery, gherkins, eggplant, asparagus, peaches, peppers, rhubarb, peppers and carrots. The belt cutter can also be used for cutting leafy vegetables such as lettuce, spinach and baby leaf with a maximum diameter of 190mm. The machine is easy to disassemble and all parts of the machine are easy to clean.
