This GS10 belt cutting machine from Kronen has an extended input so that it can be operated by several people at the same time. This cutter has a higher capacity than the standard version. This flexible cutting machine can cut a wide variety of foodstuffs. Due to the wide range of knives, this machine is able to cut slices, strips and cubes. It is also possible to “cut” pulled meat with the specially designed “pulled meat knife”. This slicer is very suitable for salad, (leaf) vegetables, fruit, herbs, meat, fish, sausage, bread, cheese, nuts and much more. It is ideal for use in commercial kitchens, catering, fresh produce specialist shops and industrial applications. Various cutting accessories are available for a wide range of applications. The easily adjustable control panel enables a quick product change. The belt speed and blade speed can be infinitely adjusted (frequency controlled) so that even delicate products can be cut effortlessly. This industrial cutting machine is completely made of stainless steel.
