This semi-automatic multifunctional cube and strip cutting machine is suitable for cutting fresh and slightly frozen products. This dicing machine from Ruhle can cut meat, poultry, cheese, fish, vegetables and fruit in different sizes and shapes (slices, strips, cubes). This slicer is also suitable for grating products. The length of the edge is infinitely adjustable from 0.5-32mm. The high production capacity of 3000kg/h makes this an ideal machine for medium to large food producers. The slicer is equipped with a discharge belt that can easily transport the product in a standard trolley. The ergonomic design ensures safe and easy operation of the machine. With the SR2 you can set different programs that are easily and quickly interchangeable.
