This efficient flaker from Magurit has been specially developed to reduce frozen meat blocks into slabs of meat for further processing. This high performance frozen block cutter can process up to 4000kg/h product (depending on product and cut size). It is an ideal machine for small, medium and large meat processing companies. The block cutter is very easy to use. The blocks are pneumatically fed to the cutting roller. The output height is specially made at normcar level. This frozen meat reducer is completely made of stainless steel.
