Used West-Bond 5700 Semi-Automatic Thermosonic Vertical Feed Wire Ball Bonder

This West-Bond 5700 Semi-Automatic Thermosonic Vertical Feed Wire Ball Bonder is loaded with options (5700-26C-34A-43A-44A-45-48-50-53-56), and appears to have all of the parts present, although I am not including a workholder or microscope (it comes as shown in the photos above, so if you do not see it in the photos, it is not included). It does include a UTI 5M-10-OI Power Logicon, as shown. The system looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some signs of wear. The power logicon powers up, but the power light on the bonder did not illuminate. This system is being sold as-is, for spare parts or repair. Approximate overall unpacked dimensions: 24"L x 21"W x 12"H.
