West-Bond Westbond 7300A Eutectic Ultrasonic Die Bonder (Refurbished)

This Westbond 7300A Eutectic Ultrasonic Die Bonder (s/n 6816) looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some minor signs of wear. This bonder is priced as a fully refurbished machine, with an ultrasonic generator and a Bausch & Lomb StereoZoom 4 Microscope (0.3X o 7.0X) with a pair of 10X eyepieces. We have a technician who refurbishes these bonders for us, so please allow 2 to 4 weeks lead time for him go thru this machine and make sure everything is working properly. Custom configurations are available, and can be quoted upon request. Also, we have workholders available for this system, but they will be quoted seperately. The Ultrasonic Generator and Microscope shown are not necessarily the exact ones you will get, they were just ones I had sitting around, and I wanted to give you and idea what it would look like when you receive it.
