CHURN S/V B2 DBL APPROX. HENNEKEN
Double-envelope refrigerated vacuum churn, 900-liter tank capacity.
Suitable for churning bone-in and boneless meats, for mixing, marinating, salting and curing.
Sturdy, fully-welded 18/10 stainless steel construction, with a meticulous finish, enables gentle or intensive massaging, guaranteeing high product quality. The special feature of the type B churn is the internal design of the tank, with diagonally placed baffles massaging the product in a very regular and uniform way, obtaining a three-dimensional mixing effect for maximum albumin development.
Thanks to the shape of the baffles, emptying takes place quickly and without residue.
The machine is driven directly by a geared motor with variable speed drive from 2 to 10 rpm.
All churning parameters can be easily programmed using the "Siemens Control".
