Nowicki MA 1500 PSCH vacuum butchering machine with cooling
The vacuum masher is designed for WET AND DRY MARINATING, softening and tenderizing meat under vacuum during the production of ham, shoulder, sirloin, bacon and very soft chicken pieces (chicken breasts) and chicken quarters. The appropriate shape of the blades in the drum and a wide range of regulation of vacuum, speed and working time, as well as the proprietary cooling system of the drum housing allows to achieve the required quality parameters of tenderizing meat, increase the efficiency of the finished product to achieve optimal protein binding and reduce the mixing time to a minimum*. without negatively affecting the muscular appearance of fresh meat.
