Description

The four-roller sheet metal rolling machine is used for bending and rolling steel sheet. All functions of the sheet metal rolling machine are controlled from a console. This machine tool is made of steel, and the rotation of the four rollers is controlled by hydraulic motors, as is the independent raising and lowering of the two side rollers. The four rollers produce a tube (with its two hooked edges) in a single pass. They are very simple, giving excellent results for operators with no crocking experience, and are fast and efficient.
They also enable: the sheet to be held in a constant horizontal position during sheet-metal working (without the need for overhead cranes): rapid sheet-metal straightening by placing a stop on the side roller (only one operator is needed): Conical rolling, facilitated by the reverse taper of the pinch roller: installation of automation and high-performance environments (numerical control, ejector, feeder, jib, follower arm, etc.).
