The machine for producing FFP2/FFP3 masks consists of two parts, the first part is a roller machine that couples the layers of fabric and glues them together using ultrasound, also inserting the support wire for the nose and the second part that punches and welds the cylindrical filters.
Up to a maximum of 6 reels of non-woven fabric can be used to superimpose up to a maximum of 6 plies of fabric.
The machine also automatically applies the metal nose bridge (applied inside the veils) and the two elastic bands to be able to wear it, always with automatic feeding of the material from the reel. The elastics can be set with wide length adjustments, thus adapting them to the wearability of an adult or a child.
All finishing welds are performed with the ultrasonic welding system, with two perimeter welding lines which also block the outer edge of the mask profile.
Only used for 12 months
